  • Las Vegas High School recently unveiled a set of bold new murals to highlight the strength and tradition of its athletics program. Installed by Graffiti Park, the artwork spans the football storage wall and doors, as well as the weight room roll-up door and entry.

On the football storage wall, a fierce wildcat claws through the surface alongside the school’s core values: Pride. Tradition. Excellence. Beneath the design, “EST. 1905” pays homage to the school’s long legacy, set beside the original wildcat logo mural that has been part of the campus for years. The adjoining storage door carries the “Wildcat Football” logo, tying the space together as a proud home for the program.

The weight room features equally powerful imagery. The roll-up door showcases the words “Wildcats LV Strength” paired with a barbell graphic, a direct nod to the athletes’ commitment to training. On the nearby door, the Barbell Club logo is centered with the phrase “Wildcat Effort” above and below, underscoring the determination and discipline that defines the school’s athletes.

These new murals serve not only as inspiring visuals for students but also as lasting reminders of the history, spirit, and work ethic that continue to shape Las Vegas High School athletics.
