Brian and Teri Cram Middle School recently got a bold and colorful refresh thanks to a campus-wide mural project curated by Graffiti Park Las Vegas. Spanning more than 1,500 square feet across the school, the project brought together eight talented artists—including three first-time muralists joining the Graffiti Park community—to transform blank walls into vibrant, inspiring pieces of art.
Over the course of four days, seven murals were installed throughout the school, each one unique in style and message, but all tied together by school pride and the ever-present Wildcat mascot.
Three of the murals were placed in the school’s main hallways and focused on academic excellence, with creative visuals representing Math, Science, and Reading. These murals weren’t just decorative—they were designed to spark curiosity and create a more engaging environment for students as they move between classes.
In the front office, a namesake and mascot mural greets visitors with school pride right at the entry point. Two more murals—one in the library and one in the registration office—put a twist on the Wildcat, showcasing the mascot in different artistic styles that reflect the diverse personalities and strengths found within the student body.
The largest and most dynamic mural was completed in the cafeteria, turning an ordinary lunch space into a desert dreamscape. This piece featured a whimsical “Snack Shack” cleverly built out of desert foliage, with wildcats interacting with the natural surroundings—creating a fun and immersive environment that celebrates both school spirit and Nevada’s desert roots.
This project was a milestone for Graffiti Park, not only because of its scale and creative diversity but also because it welcomed three new artists into the fold. Each brought their own flair to the walls of Cram Middle School, leaving behind a lasting legacy while gaining hands-on experience through mentorship and collaboration.
The murals now stand as permanent reminders of creativity, collaboration, and community—a visual celebration of what makes Brian and Teri Cram Middle School unique.
