Recently, Harley Harmon Elementary School in Las Vegas, Nevada was the site of an exciting indoor mural project. Commissioned by Graffiti Park Las Vegas, the project brought together seven talented artists to transform 3000 square feet of space with 8 curated murals over the course of three days. This project was particularly special for one of Graffiti Park’s owners, as it was an opportunity for him to paint at the school he once attended, and his mom and sister taught at.
The theme of the project was met with awesome city scenes, and a beautiful notebook paper design in the main office. The use of bold colors and dynamic brushstrokes created a visually striking display that was sure to delight students and visitors alike. The artists used their own creative style and imagination to bring the murals to life with a one of a kind mural that is sure to impress and inspire.
One of the unique aspects of this project was the collaboration between the seven artists. Each artist brought their own style and perspective to the mural, resulting in a diverse and dynamic final product. The project was a true celebration of the power of artistic collaboration and community.
The completion of the mural project at Harley Harmon Elementary School is a testament to the positive impact that public art can have on a community. Not only does it add beauty and interest to the school, but it also provides an opportunity for local artists to showcase their talents and share their vision with the public.
The project was met with great enthusiasm by the community and it was a great success. It has become a source of pride for the school and it has been enjoyed by many students and visitors. It was a special opportunity for one of Graffiti Park’s owners to give back to the school that gave him an education and it was a great way for him to leave a lasting impact on the school.
