Graffiti Park recently completed a revitalization project at Martin Luther King Elementary School in North Las Vegas, transforming three well-worn wooden benches at the front of the campus. Originally painted many years ago, the benches had become faded and weathered over time. Our team began by fully stripping, sanding, and refinishing each bench to restore the wood and create a fresh foundation. GP Artist Minkser then brought them back to life by painting the school’s logo on all three benches, giving them a clean, unified look that proudly represents the school. Spanning approximately 100 square feet, this three-day project turned functional seating into refreshed, lasting pieces of school pride.
